DIRECTIONS |

By Road Coming from Glasgow on the M8 turn off at junction 30 via the M898 and go over the Erskine Bridge (60p toll). Take the A82 heading west along Loch Lomond side to Tarbet. Then take the A83 through Inveraray to Lochgilphead. From Lochgilphead take theA816 heading towards Oban. Approximately seven miles along this road take the left hand turning sign posted to Tayvallich and Crinan B8025. About half a mile along this single track road take the right hand turning sign posted to Slockavullin. Coming from Oban follow the A816 towards Lochgilphead and turn right onto the B8025 just south of Kilmartin.

BY Train The nearest train station is Oban where there is a bus link to Kilmartin and Slockavullin. You can travel from Glasgow Queen Street station to Oban. For times and information telephone +44(0)1631 563083. By Bus There are three buses daily from Glasgow (Buchanan Street Bus Station) to Lochgilphead, approximately two and a half hours journey. Local bus links are available, though infrequent. Taxis are available from Lochgilphead. Buses leave from Oban train station, except Sundays.
